MUMBAI:Star
News has announced to launch a weekly consumer grievance redressal
show Main Hoon Na on every Saturday at 8 pm.
The
show anchored by Hyderabad Blues fame actor Tisca Chopra
will bring grieving consumers and respective corporate representatives
face-to-face, to effectively redress the issues.
After
the viewers contact Star News and share their concerns, a
Star News team will contact the customer, investigate, understand
the depth of the issue and establish validity of the case.
They
will then approach the concerned corporate house to facilitate
a tripartite discussion, on air. The objective throughout
the process remains to understand the situation and resolve
the issue while educating viewers.
With
Main Hoon Na, Star News aims to reaffirm how media
can play a key role in shaping societies and improving the
quality of life.
