MUMBAI: Big FM has tied up with Yash Raj Films to be the
exclusive radio partner for TaraRumPum, directed by Siddarth
Anand of the 'Salaam Namaste' fame.
The station will feature all the action around the movie,
exclusive rights to song premieres, behind the scenes tid-bits,
interviews of the cast and crew as part of the promotion of
the film. There will be a week-long build up prior to the
launch of the music, on-air announcement of the release of
the movie and music, behind the scenes gossip and interviews
about the film.
Big will also promote music directors Vishal and Shekhar through
their interviews and discuss the making of the music of TaraRumPum.
There will be a special 'Yash Raj Films' music countdown hosted
by celebrity RJ - Abhijeet Sawant. The launch of the film will
be preceded by the music release of the lead track.

Listeners can also participate in contests through which they
can meet the star cast of the film, win exclusive movie merchandise
and tickets to premier shows.
Speaking on the association, Big FM National Marketing Head
Anand Chakravarthy said, "We are extremely excited to join

the objective of delivering value to our listeners as well as
the producers of the movie. Our effort is to create exciting
content around the theme of the movie which will generate listener

of family. It is around this theme that we are building our
entire on air package, which allows for great listener involvement
and content".
Given that the child protagonists are key in the movie, BIG
FM will be also be creating specific content on air that will
involve children, built around the theme of the movie.
