MUMBAI: Dishtv has announced its latest scheme, 'Free Bhi Zyada Bhi' wherein on every new connection costing Rs 3990, consumers can enjoy six months of free subscription.

On multiple connections in the same household, subscribers can avail 12 months of free subscription with second, third and fourth connection. This offer is expected to be a boon for multi-TV homes where users have access to 146 channels of the highest tier 'Maxi' package, for free.

dishtv CEO Arun Kapoor said, "dishtv offers more to its subscribers - whether it be the 170 channels offering, robust regional programming across 11 key languages, 3 subscription packages options, movie-on demand service with Hollywood and Bollywood titles, active services or gaming - the intent has always been to delight the subscribers with more entertainment at a better price."

Also, seven new channels are set to join the dishtv bouquet. While Sahara One & Sahara Filmy have already joined the bandwagon, the other new additions expected soon are NDTV Profit, Raj TV, Raj digital, Manorama News & Nepal 1.

With this, dishtv will have a competitive package of 170 channels which also includes 21 digital radio channels.
