Batfink, a parody on the mid-60's Batman, is an invincible cartoon crime-fighter with "wings of steel". Summoned into action on the hotline from the chief of police, Batfink uses his Super Sonic Sonar radar to track down criminals. Batfink is joined by Karate, a hulking Japanese martial arts expert.

Together they chase about in pursuit of their foes in the "Batillac," a Volkswagen- like car with wings on the rear fenders. Batfink's primary villain is Hugo a Go Go, a deranged scientist whose son is named Goo Goo, states an official release.
