MUMBAI: Digital network devices maker BenQ has unveiled its new range of 17 inch LCD Monitors in wide-screen format.

Stylish and trendy, the monitors are the world’s fastest response time LCD monitors for superior viewing experience at all times, states an official release.

BenQ claims that new monitors are also competitively priced with a better, bigger viewing area with superior clarity and detailing making them the best and preferred monitors in the segment.

The monitor is equipped with built-in speakers and allows the user to enjoy watching movies or playing games at home or working at office. The monitor aspect ratio (screen width: screen height) increases from the normal 4:3 to 16:10.

It is Windows Vista compatible and have been designed especially for wide-screen format. The Windows sidebar on the right side of the screen displays multiple applications and facilitates easy access to frequently used tools. The wide screen increases work efficiency by reducing the problem of overlapping windows and multi-layer window restraints.
