MUMBAI: Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM) has signed
Ashley Tisdale (High School Musical 2, High School
Musical, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody) to star
in Picture This.
 In
making the announcement MGM's DVD Premiere division
vice president Jason Weiss said, "We couldn't be
more excited to be working with Ashley on this movie.
She has built an incredible following and has become
an icon for today's teen audience."
"We
are excited to be giving Ashley her first role carrying
a movie and feel Picture This is a perfect vehicle
for her to showcase both her acting and singing talents,"
Weiss adds.
