MUMBAI: Delhi-based
MSO HomeCable today announced an exclusive agency agreement
with Europe's Thema TV to distribute 4 new television channels
in India.
HomeCable promoter Vikki Choudhry will be launching the four
channels - EuroNews, Trace TV, C Music and Luxe TV - after necessary
clearances have been obtained from the information & broadcasting
ministry.
As
the name suggests, EuroNews is a news channel covering world
news from a European perspective. The channel broadcasts simultaneously
in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and
Spanish. Trace TV, on the hand, is an urban music and lifestyle
channel while C Music is all about classical music, as well
as other related genres such as chill-out cinema and crossover.
Luxe
TV is an HD (High Definition) TV channel that is dedicated
to the "world of luxury" and covers six sectors:
real estate & home design, sports & leisure, hotels
& gastronomy, beauty & fashion, cars & yachting
and jewelry & watches.
