MUMBAI: Essel Propack, the world’s largest manufacturer
of laminated tubes, has announced investment plans of an additional
$ 14 million for its manufacturing facility at Danville, USA.
The announcement came at the conclusion of the Virginia trade
mission to India. The investment is being made to expand the
capacity of Essel Propack’s facility and to create a
printing center to support Essel Propack and its subsidiary,
Arista Tubes, which is also located in Danville, Virginia.
The investment will create 35 new jobs. The investment will
include equipment and building upgrades at the Danville facility
to accommodate the addition of two new tube production lines,
new generation combination print presses, pre-graphic facilities,
a new print production facility near its Arista factory, improved
ware housing systems and enlarged office areas.
