MUMBAI: Bhaskar Group's radio venture My FM launched its
station in Jalandhar. This is the third city where the station
has been launched with Jaipur and Chandigarh being the first
two.
My FM national programming head Viplove Gupte says, "We
are now consolidating our position in the state of Punjab
with the launch of My FM in Jalandhar. From now on there will
be an uninterrupted supply of music from Ambala to Chandigarh,
all the way to Ludhiana. This is our second launch in two
months, and we are excited to introduce a revolutionary concept
called Bol Jalandhar Bol where we intend to get more
and more people on air."
According to a company release, My FM will soon launch the
rest of the 14 stations they won licenses for - Bhopal, Indore,
Gwalior, Nagpur, Raipur, Jabalpur, Bilaspur, Jodhpur, Udaipur,
Ajmer, Kota, Ahmedabad, Surat and Amritsar.
