KidsCo - a multi-platform channel committed to providing a responsible and entertaining environment for children and families around the world - is a strategic joint venture between Sparrowhawk Media, DIC Entertainment (DIC) and Corus Entertainment Inc's Nelvana Enterprises.

Justine Bannister, Head of International Distribution and Acquisitions at TV-Loonland commented on the deal: "We´re very excited to be partnering our titles with those of Nelvana, DIC and Entertainment Rights, thereby providing the KidsCo channel with some of the best-known and well respected shows in children´s programming.
