states Disneyland Resort vice president of press and
publicity Duncan Wardle.

people to be involved in our celebration at their

The
innovative Disney podcast series made its initial
debut during 3 - 5 May, 2005 at the launch of the
"Happiest Celebration on Earth," the 18-month
global commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Disneyland
in California, simultaneously being celebrated at
Disney parks around the world.
It
was the first time that any Disney theme park in the
world utilsed the rapidly growing medium of podcasting.
Joining
the celebration on 12 September, 2005, will be Hong
Kong Disneyland, Disney's 11th vacation destination
and first theme park in China. The global celebration
marks the largest debut of new Disney theme park attractions
and entertainment ever unveiled.
