A company release informs that Mallick, an Economics and Mathematics graduate, is a chartered accountant and company secretary by profession and has worked in several leading corporate houses, including Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), RPG Group, Reliance Telecom and Philips India over a career span of 23 years.
