charges that such a service could be used for anti-national activities
as also to access pornographic fare by children of impressionable
age (and in the Indian context, adults of "impressionable age"
as well).
A case relating to this, filed by media watchdog head CMS, N. Bhaskara
Rao, is also pending at the Delhi high court.
Chandra's companies offer the country's first DTH service through
Dish TV.
