(Johnny Mnemonic), Night Visions challenges notable directors
and guest stars to push the limits of their imaginations and yours.
This hour-long, 13 episodic drama features two storylines per episode,
with different stars in each segment. Every week, a new character
will be subjected to the unknown tortures of their own mind. Each
story line, like a mini-movie, exists as a stand-alone, thought-provoking
vignette and lingers on in the memory, long after the final credits
roll.
The
X-Files alumni Billy Brown and Dan Angel
executive produce this unique series, boasting stellar casts and
directors that change with every gripping episode. From NV Productions,
Inc. in association with Warner Bros. Television, the series airs
every Sunday at 8:00 pm.
The
series leads off with the cast of Aidan Quinn and Kelly Rutherford
in the pilot - The Bokor/Passenger List. . The star power
continues in subsequent episodes with a slate of A-list actors,
including Bridget Fonda, Lou Diamond Phillips, Stephen Baldwin,
Jerry O'Connell, Gil Bellows amongst others.
Directors
Joe Dante, Keith Gordon and Tobe Hooper join a growing list of prestigious
directors and actors-turned-directors, like JoBeth Williams, Bill
Pullman and Brian Dennehy who contribute their talent to the series.
In
the first episode The Bokor a group of medical students experiment
on a spooky cadaver but things go out of hand as their experiments
leads them to get involved with a deadly voodoo curse. The Passenger
LIist features a plane-crash investigator, who questions his
sanity. An attraction causes a number of deja vu feelings in him,
and only increases his grief further.
