YORK: The Rolling Stones will star in their first live concert event
for broadcast or cable TV, exclusively on HBO next January. |

| To
be presented live from Madison Square Garden in New York on 18 January,
2003, the music event will feature the legendary band at one of the
last US stops on its current Licks World Tour 2002/2003. Mick Jagger,
Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood launched the Rolling
Stones Licks World Tour 2002/2003 in Boston on 3 September 2002 with
dates in North America to be followed by shows in Europe, Australia
and Asia. The tour coincides with the 1 October release of Forty
Licks - a two-CD collection featuring 36 Rolling Stones classics
and four new songs. |
