Clause 17- Objectives and guiding principles

90. The Committee recommends that in Clause 17(i) at the end, the words, "and that abuse of market is prevented" be added. The Committee further, recommends that after Clause 17(vi) another Sub-Clause 17(vii) be added, as follows:
"that electromagnetic compatibility amongst all electronic systems is ensured and that no system is degraded by electromagnetic interference by any other system" and the subsequent sub-clauses be re-numbered accordingly.

91. Also in clause 17 (xi) (to be renumbered as Clause 17(xii) after the words level playing field" the words, "through a fair, objective, non-discriminatory and transparent treatment" be added.
