MUMBAI:
The 12-day long Asian Film Festival in Jeddah
will kickstart with Yash Raj's film Chak De
India on 9 February.
The
Asian Consuls General Club is organizing the
film festival.
The festival, which begins with India's "Chak
de India" and a Saudi Arabian documentary,
will also feature documentaries from Pakistan
and China.
Japanese
film Nitaboh, Malaysian film Mukhsin, Sri Lankan
Udu Gan Yamaya, Indonesia's Nagabonar, Bangladesh's
Aha, Pakistan's Jinnah, China's Beautiful Homeland,
Thailand's Hom Rong and Korea's Family Tie are
some of the other attractions of the film festival,
apart from daily documentaries from Saudi Arabia,
Philippines and Singapore.
